Are you ready to start your career as an auctioneer? Learn from the best in this short term class to get a look at what it takes to be an auctioneer. You will learn skills and abilities essential to learn the trade.

You will learn from the simplest of things such as threading a needle, basic sticthes, fabric cutting, replacing zippers, hemming and more.  You will also learn to create a few simple projects such as an apron while gaining an understanding of your sewing machine. You will bring your own sewing machine.

Prep for the CNA certificaion exam. Learn to provide direct patient care in a long-term care nursing facility. Requirements: 100% attendance, background check, proof of TB skin test, government photo ID and social security card. Skills and written exam costs are included. Explore basic welding for home, farm and shop repair. Covers gas cutting and welding, Arc, MIG and TIG welding as skills develop. Use heat to create metal objects (ornamental and functional) with welding and cutting torches. Additional supply charges may apply, but these will either be discussed with you during the first class session or emailed to you before class starts. Supplies you will need to bring with are a welding hood and welding gloves.  It is encouraged that  you wear long sleeves preferably welding shirts.

Look up! Get an intro to the night sky and learn about constellations and other sights. Please note that class dates may change due to night sky visibility.

Explore bee habits, equipment needs, hive maintenance and honey harvesting. You will also learn how to build and maintain a hive.

Help out with our beekeeping demonstration hive and info booth or come sell any honey or other creative wares at the Second Annual ICTC Creative Arts Trade Show, which will be at the Muskogee campus, Saturday, April 22, 9am to 2pm. Ask your instructor how to participate.
