Phlebotomy

Covers all the skills a certified Phlebotomy tech needs, including venipuncture, safety and biohazards. Skill labs include a minimum of 40 live draws and will be conducted with volunteers during class, If you currently work at a healthcare facility, you may also complete live draws on the job at your employer's facility. EMT - Emergency Medical Tech (Intro)

Start the OSDH/EMS-approved Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Program. Covers CPR, control of bleeding and fractures, heart attack, chock and more. Clinical hours conducted in surgical departments, ICUs, ERs and EMS units. This is a 264-hour training and requires 90% attendance. Sewing Basics

You will learn from the simplest of things such as threading a needle, basic sticthes, fabric cutting, replacing zippers, hemming and more. You will also learn to create a few simple projects such as an apron while gaining an understanding of your sewing machine.
Cake Decorating with Buttercream I

Create leaves, roses, rose buds, borders and intricate designs with glazing, piping and scripts. Bring your own cakes and icing. Additional supply fees may apply, but these will be discussed during the first class session or emailed to you before the class starts.

Welding for Home & Farm 1

Learn the basics of welding for your home or farm needs. Basic stick welding, welding a bead, depending on student background, possibly mig welding andl/or cutting torch. It will be from 6 p.m. -9 p.m. The class is a total of 18 hours. Supplies you will need to bring with are a welding hood and welding gloves. It is encouraged that you wear long sleeves preferably welding shirts.
