Explore basic welding for home, farm and shop repair. Covers gas cutting and welding, Arc, MIG and TIG welding as skills develop. Use heat to create metal objects (ornamental and functional) with welding and cutting torches. Additional supply charges may apply, but these will either be discussed with you during the first class session or emailed to you before class starts. Supplies you will need to bring with are a welding hood and welding gloves.  It is encouraged that  you wear long sleeves preferably welding shirts.

Earn 8 hours of OSDH-approved continuing education. License renewal application and completion cerficate provided. Prerequisite: Current CNA license. Learn CPR for Health Care Provider.  This is not a BLS class.  If you are not needing your certification for health care then please enroll in a BLS (Basic Life Support) class.  If you are not sure then please contact us.

Requirements: 100% attendance, background check, proof of TB skin test, government photo ID and social security card. Skills and written exam costs are included.
