This is a Tier II course.

Required: valid driver's license, at least 18 years old, no prior felonies in the past 10 years, CDL Class A or B permit with Passenger and School Bus endorsements and a completed DL-18 form from DPS  before enrollment.

Learn patient rights, legal and ethical behaviors, infection control and more. Prerequisites: Proof of TB skin test, social security card, government photo ID and current CNA card. $10 license fee not included.

Note: Must Hold a current CNA License

Start the OSDH/EMS-approved Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Program. Covers CPR, control of bleeding and fractures, heart attack, chock and more. Clinical hours conducted in surgical departments, ICUs, ERs and EMS units.
